Who we are
Vireo is a dedicated team of over 20 people from diverse backgrounds and locations united by the desire to instill environmental consciousness in education and to reconnect students to what really matters through hands-on, project-based learning experiences. We are educators, hydroponics specialists, developers, instructional designers, parents and conscious individuals driven by the idea of making a difference and having a positive impact in everything we do. Fundamentally, we believe that what we do speaks to everybody, whatever their beliefs and backgrounds, and that every single children and educator should have the opportunity to grow and nurture the living and benefit from doing so at school.
What we do
Vireo's mission is to provide a nurturing and transformative educational experience that empowers students to reach their full academic and personal potential. Vireo is dedicated to growth by fostering intellectual curiosity, social awareness, emotional well-being, and physical development. We do not do one-off sales. We do not distribute a product. We are not a hardware system supplier. We are an educational partner and we nurture our schools and districts as we do our plants. We support. We listen. We adapt. We take input. We help. We grow.
